πŸ›’ Amazon Account Management

  • Create, optimize, and update product listings
  • Manage order processing, tracking, and issue resolution
  • Respond to customer messages, feedback, and reviews
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking alerts
  • Maintain store health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies

πŸ” Amazon SEO & Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research to improve product visibility
  • Optimize titles, bullet points, and descriptions for better conversions
  • Implement A+ Content and Enhanced Brand Content best practices
  • Analyze performance data and recommend improvement strategies

πŸ“Š Market & Competitor Research

  • Research competitor listings, pricing, and marketing strategies
  • Identify new product opportunities and market trends
  • Provide actionable insights and reports to drive growth

πŸ—‚ Administrative Support

  • Manage the client’s calendar, schedules, and task board
  • Maintain organized file systems and documentation
  • Assist with meeting scheduling, reminders, and general admin tasks

βœ… Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or eCommerce Assistant
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), Canva, and CRM/project management tools
  • Must be able to work during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST)
