Job Overview:
We are looking for highly skilled and versatile Appointment Setters to join our team. The ideal candidate must be confident on the phone, efficient in CRM texting, and experienced in database reactivation. This role focuses on engaging leads, scheduling in-person appointments, and conducting consistent follow-ups to improve show-up rates. Experience working with healthcare-related campaigns such as chiropractors, medical spas, and medical practices is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to leads and prospects to schedule in-person appointments
- Communicate with leads through CRM-based texting and follow-up messaging
- Perform database reactivation to reconnect with previous or inactive leads
- Confirm appointments and follow up with prospects to increase show-up rates
- Manage and track lead interactions within the CRM system
- Work on campaigns related to chiropractors, medical spas, doctors, and similar healthcare services
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with prospects
- Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or similar outbound sales role
- Strong phone communication and persuasion skills
- Experience with CRM platforms and texting within CRM systems
- Experience with database reactivation campaigns
- Background working with healthcare-related campaigns (chiropractors, med spas, doctors, etc.) is highly preferred
- Ability to handle follow-ups and nurture leads effectively
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment (for remote roles)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in lead generation and appointment setting for healthcare services
- Familiarity with improving appointment show-up rates through strategic follow-ups
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
