Job Overview:
We are looking for highly versatile and results-driven Appointment Setters to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled in CRM-based communication (calls and texting), and experienced in reactivating leads and setting high-quality in-person appointments. This role requires strong follow-up skills to maximize show-up rates and a solid understanding of healthcare-related campaigns.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to engage leads and set appointments
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage conversations via SMS, calls, and follow-ups
  • Reactivate dormant or old leads from existing databases
  • Schedule in-person appointments and ensure proper qualification of prospects
  • Execute consistent follow-up strategies to improve appointment show-up rates
  • Manage and optimize campaigns for healthcare clients (e.g., chiropractors, med spas, doctors)
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointment statuses in the CRM
  • Collaborate with the team to improve scripts, workflows, and conversion rates


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Development Representative, or similar role
  • Strong phone presence and excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (texting, automation, pipeline management)
  • Demonstrated success in database reactivation campaigns
  • Experience setting and confirming in-person appointments
  • Familiarity with healthcare-related campaigns (chiropractic, med spa, medical practices)
  • Strong follow-up discipline and ability to handle objections effectively
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets



Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with high-volume lead lists
  • Knowledge of HIPAA-conscious communication practices (a plus)
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
