Job Description: Appointment Setter – Real Estate Campaign
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter – Real Estate Campaign to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential property buyers, sellers, or leads, qualifying their interest, and scheduling appointments for real estate agents or property consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, SMS, or email outreach to real estate leads
- Engage with potential buyers, sellers, or property investors
- Qualify leads based on interest level, budget, timeline, and property needs
- Schedule appointments, property viewings, or consultations for real estate agents
- Follow up with leads who did not answer, missed appointments, or need rescheduling
- Update CRM systems with accurate lead information, call notes, and appointment details
- Follow provided scripts while maintaining a natural and professional conversation
- Handle basic objections such as timing, interest level, or availability
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets are met
- Coordinate with real estate agents to ensure smooth appointment handovers
Qualifications
- Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, outbound sales, or real estate support
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with international or local real estate leads
- Ability to handle multiple leads and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
- Goal-oriented and able to work in a target-driven environment
