Everything Virtual Assistant (EVA) is actively hiring a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Virtual Assistant for our client, a New York-based e-commerce tech company that helps brands grow faster and sell globally through easy-to-use dropship, commerce, and shipping technology.

 

We are looking for a highly organized, fluent Spanish speaker with excellent communication skills to support brand partnerships and administrative functions in a fast-paced startup environment.

 

๐Ÿงพ About the Role

 

As a Bilingual Account Manager / Admin Assistant, youโ€™ll act as the main liaison between the business and Latin American fashion and lifestyle brands on their platform. Youโ€™ll be responsible for managing relationships, supporting onboarding processes, and assisting the CEO and team with daily administrative operations.

 

๐ŸŽฏ Key Responsibilities

 

๐Ÿ’ฌ Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Latin American brands
  • Communicate fluently in Spanish and English with partners and stakeholders
  • Provide account management support to ensure brand satisfaction and retention

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Administrative Support

  • Manage scheduling, emails, CRM updates, and internal documentation
  • Coordinate interviews and onboarding with the CEO and internal teams
  • Track expenses, prepare reports, manage files and perform web research
  • Arrange travel and manage calendars

โš™๏ธ General Operations & Startup Support

  • Collaborate cross-functionally within a fast-paced, high-growth startup
  • Stay flexible and proactive in adapting to new processes or tasks

 

โœ… Qualifications

 

  • Fluent in spoken Spanish and written/spoken English
  • Previous experience in account management or admin support
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working with CEOs/founders and executive-level communication
  • Experience in startup or high-speed environments is a plus
