About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven, bilingual (English/Spanish) TikTok Affiliate Program Manager to help grow and manage our influencer and affiliate marketing efforts through TikTok Shop.

This is a virtual assistant position with a specialized focus — ideal for someone who understands TikTok culture, has experience working with supplement or beauty brands, and thrives in a fast-paced DTC environment.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard TikTok creators (macro, mid-tier, and micro) as product affiliates
• Manage outreach campaigns in Spanish and English using email, DM, and affiliate platforms
• Coordinate product shipments, briefing documents, and affiliate tracking links
• Track campaign performance (sales, ROAS, engagement) using TikTok Shop’s backend
• Maintain a talent database and identify top-performing creators for scaling
• Collaborate with content team to optimize creator posts for Spark Ads
• Manage communication with talent agencies and internal team on timelines and deliverables
• Support ambassador program development and monthly bonus tier execution

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written & verbal)
• Experience with TikTok Shop and affiliate marketing
• Prior work with supplements, beauty, or wellness brands preferred
• Proficient in spreadsheets, influencer databases, TikTok analytics
• Strong communication and project coordination skills
• Self-starter who can manage relationships, deadlines, and reporting with minimal supervision

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with tools like Aspire, Grin, Upfluence, or similar
• Knowledge of UTM tracking, Spark Ads, or content briefing for influencers
• Experience working with LATAM or U.S. Hispanic creators
