About the Role
Co-Host Central is growing fast, and we’re looking for a senior operations leader who loves turning complexity into clean, scalable systems. If you enjoy building processes, leading remote teams, and watching STR/MTR operations run smoothly without constant firefighting—this role was made for you.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has already scaled rental operations and knows how to build structure that lasts.
 

What You’ll Own

• The full STR / MTR operating system—from workflows to execution
• Clear, well-documented SOPs that make teams confident and consistent
• A high-performing remote team with strong KPIs and accountability
• Pricing and revenue strategy using PriceLabs
• Day-to-day operations across Guesty, Furnished Finder, Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com

What You Bring

• 5+ years of STR / MTR operations experience
• A track record of scaling portfolios to 50–100+ properties
• Hands-on experience with Guesty, PriceLabs, and Furnished Finder
• A systems mindset—you enjoy building, documenting, and optimizing
• Experience leading remote teams or virtual assistants
