About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled GoHighLevel Expert to help us build, manage, and optimize our agency-level Go High Level (GHL) account. As a GHL specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in setting up and maintaining our white-labeled marketing platform, managing multiple client sub-accounts, and delivering top-tier marketing automation and CRM services under our brand.
What You’ll Do:
- Set Up & Customize Agency Account
- Configure our top-tier agency-level Go High Level account
- White-label the platform with our custom branding, domain, and client-facing elements
- Client Sub-Account Management
- Create and manage multiple client accounts (sub-accounts)
- Set user permissions and access levels
- Marketing & CRM Tools Implementation
- Build funnels, landing pages, and websites
- Set up and manage automation workflows (email, SMS, voicemail drops, etc.)
- Design and maintain CRM pipelines and calendars
- Integrate third-party tools as needed (Zapier, Stripe, etc.)
- Support & Optimization
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Optimize performance and recommend improvements
- Provide documentation and occasional training for team/client use
Requirements:
- 3 years of hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Proven experience managing and customizing Go High Level (Agency & SaaS Pro experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of funnel building, marketing automation, and CRM workflows
- Experience with white-labeling SaaS platforms
- Basic design skills (for branded interfaces and funnel aesthetics)
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt and troubleshoot
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently, follow timelines, and deliver results
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with integrations
- Experience with SaaS reselling models
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies
