We don’t chase unmotivated sellers. We don’t cold call random lists. We talk to real buyers ready to make moves.
Now, we need a ISA to turn these leads into booked appointments and help our agents close deals.
The Role:
As our ISA, your mission is simple: convert buyer inquiries into qualified appointments.
You’ll:
- Call inbound residential buyer leads (new construction focus)
- Qualify buyers: location, timeline, budget, home type, and motivation
- Assess financial readiness: cash vs. financing, pre-approval status, credit range, down payment readiness
- Identify who’s serious and ready to move
- Set qualified appointments directly on agent calendars
- Perform live transfers when appropriate
- Follow up consistently via phone, text, and CRM tasks
- Keep clean, accurate CRM records
Bottom line: You create opportunities. You make things happen.
This role is NOT:
- Cold calling strangers
- Calling expired listings or FSBOs
- Wholesale outreach
- Random list prospecting
You’ll only work with inbound or warm buyer leads who are actively interested in new construction homes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with Follow Up Boss or other real estate CRMs
- Confident, professional phone presence
- Excellent English communication
- Ability to guide conversations and overcome objections
- Experience calling residential real estate buyer leads
- Appointment setting experience
- Attention to detail and fast, accurate CRM data entry
- Ability to naturally assess financial readiness
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace
