The Role
We're looking for a results-driven LinkedIn Specialist (Part-Time) to elevate EVA's
presence on LinkedIn. This role will be split into approximately 30% organic and 70% paid
strategy execution, with a strong focus on lead generation and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute standout LinkedIn campaigns that cut through the noise and resonate with EVA’s target audience
- Strategically manage the LinkedIn Ad Account following platform best practices to ensure optimal Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Collaborate with the design team by creating clear and effective briefs for ad creatives and organic posts
Regular Tasks
- Plan and execute LinkedIn campaigns, balancing organic and paid strategies
- Draft clear and actionable, creative briefs for designers
- Generate compelling LinkedIn content (posts, thought leadership, showcase pages)
- Set up and optimize paid LinkedIn ads (InMail, Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms if applicable)
- Analyze campaign performance and monthly reports.
- Present reports to management 1-2x a month
- Collaborate with the rest of digital marketing team for aligned messaging
- Grow and engage EVA's follower base in line with brand voice and values
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Campaign Manager, including setting up and optimizing Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Text Ads, and Dynamic Ads
- Proficient in building and managing LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms and integrating them with CRM tools (GHL)
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn audience targeting capabilities, including Matched
- Audiences, Lookalikes, and custom segments
- Skilled in A/B testing creatives, CTAs, and audience groups for continuous campaign improvement
- Ability to interpret performance data (CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.) and adjust campaigns based on analytics
