Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a fast-paced real estate investment team based in Michigan. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to grow within the real estate industry. You’ll play a key role in managing administrative tasks, handling client communications, maintaining records in our CRM (REsimpli), and ensuring smooth daily operations. If you thrive in a supportive but self-driven environment and are comfortable working EST hours, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold call pre-qualified leads and maintain follow-ups to nurture potential deals.
- Draft purchase agreements and assignment contracts with accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage and organize essential documentation and background tasks.
- Assist with daily operations and client communication to ensure seamless transactions.
- Update and maintain records within REsimpli (CRM).
- Provide general administrative support to keep the business running efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to learn new tools and undergo training as needed.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Experience in real estate and REsimpli is a plus, but not required.
Tools & Software:
- REsimpli CRM (preferred experience)
