Job Title: Real Estate Virtual Assistant (VA)

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our real estate operations. This remote role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and assisting with document processing to ensure smooth real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize real estate listings, client databases, and property details using industry tools
- Coordinate communication with clients, real estate agents, brokers, and vendors
- Schedule property showings, inspections, meetings, and follow-ups
- Assist with preparing and processing real estate documents including contracts, purchase agreements, and closing paperwork
- Conduct market research and assist in preparing comparative market analysis reports
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, and CRM platforms
- Support marketing efforts such as managing listing promotions and updating social media channels
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across all real estate platforms
- Provide general administrative support to the real estate team to ensure efficient operations
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in administrative roles within the real estate industry
- Familiarity with real estate software/tools such as MLS, Zillow, DocuSign, Dotloop, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment
- Basic understanding of real estate terminology, processes, and transaction workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Real Estate Virtual Assistance or related courses (e.g., Certified Real Estate Virtual Assistant (CREVA), Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Certification) is a plus
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools relevant to real estate
