Everything Virtual Assistant (EVA) is seeking a highly adaptable Inside Sales Close to support multiple sales campaigns across various industries. This role is ideal for a sales professional who can quickly learn new offers, pivot between campaigns, and confidently engage different audiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls, SMS, and email outreach across multiple campaigns
- Quickly learn and execute new sales scripts while handling objections with confidence
- Actively close deals by guiding prospects through the sales process and securing commitments based on campaign objectives
- Sell products and services or book qualified appointments depending on campaign goals
- Qualify leads using campaign-specific criteria
- Follow up with warm and inbound leads to move them to the next step in the sales process
- Maintain accurate notes, tags, and follow-ups in GoHighLevel CRM
- Meet daily and weekly KPIs including call volume, conversations, appointments, closed deals, and conversions
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
- Proven ability to adapt quickly to new offers, scripts, and sales strategies
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable with high volume outreach including 100 plus calls per day, SMS, and email
- Experience using CRMs, with GoHighLevel as a strong advantage
- Reliable internet connection, computer, headset, and a quiet work environment
- Self-driven, disciplined, and performance-oriented
Compensation and Schedule
- Hourly rate of $6 to $9, based on experience and performance
- Performance-based bonuses tied to campaign results and conversions
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday schedule
