Everything Virtual Assistant (EVA) is looking for a driven and experienced Inside Sales Agent with a strong background in business funding or financial services. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for business owners actively seeking funding solutions.
You will handle outbound calls, SMS, and email outreach, qualify leads, and book appointments or live transfers with funding advisors.
This role is ideal for sales professionals who understand business lending, move with urgency, and can confidently speak with business owners about funding options.
-Execute outbound cold calls and SMS campaigns to business owners seeking working capital, expansion funding, or equipment financing
-Qualify leads based on credit profile, revenue, and time in business
-Follow up with warm and inbound leads to book funding appointments or live transfers
-Maintain accurate notes, tags, and follow ups in GoHighLevel CRM
-Meet daily KPIs for call volume, conversations, and appointments booked
-Represent EVA and our clients with professionalism, confidence, and urgency
-Minimum of 2 years experience in inside sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
-Direct experience in business funding, lending, or financial services is required
-Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
-Comfortable with high volume outreach including 100 plus calls per day, SMS, and email
-CRM experience required, with GoHighLevel as a strong advantage
-Reliable internet connection, computer, headset, and quiet work environment
-Self motivated, disciplined, and consistent
-Hourly rate of $6 to $9, based on experience and performance
-Performance based bonuses for appointments booked and funding conversions
-30 to 40 hours per week
-Monday to Friday schedule
