About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy across all platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in content creation, audience engagement, social media advertising, and lead generation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced digital environment, understands the full marketing funnel, and knows how to convert social engagement into qualified leads and loyal brand advocates.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a holistic social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Design monthly content calendars with a clear focus on engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Perform market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
Content Creation & Management
- Create engaging, on-brand content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and video editors to produce visually appealing posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Write compelling captions and copy with strong calls to action.
- Schedule and publish content using tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.
Lead Generation & Conversion
- Develop and execute organic and paid lead generation strategies through social media.
- Build and deploy lead magnets (eBooks, checklists, webinars, giveaways, etc.) to capture qualified leads.
- Collaborate with email marketing teams to build nurture sequences and retargeting campaigns.
- Analyze and optimize social ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
Community Engagement & Brand Presence
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Foster community engagement through interaction, polls, contests, and UGC (User-Generated Content).
- Build relationships with influencers and strategic partners for cross-promotion and outreach.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key KPIs across all platforms including engagement, reach, CTR, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Use data to refine strategy and test new approaches continuously.
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Proven experience in lead generation and sales funnel integration through social media.
- Strong content creation skills (graphic, video, and copy).
- Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, ClickFunnels, HubSpot, etc.).
- Solid understanding of paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Creative mindset with a proactive attitude and a passion for innovation.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
- Experience with SEO and blog content repurposing for social media.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, or brand ambassador programs.
