We’re launching our first flagship product and TikTok is our main stage. We’re building a premium, high-trust DTC brand fueled by awesome content, engaged communities, creators, and smart paid strategies.

You live and breathe TikTok. Trends, hooks, sounds, and viral formats? You know them all. You’re not just scrolling—you’re creating, editing, posting, and analyzing content that gets results. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and love juggling organic content, paid ads, creators, affiliates, and community engagement all at once. And you get a thrill out of helping a startup scale while having fun doing it! This role is hands-on, execution-focused, and perfect for someone who wants to make TikTok magic happen every day.
 

What You’ll Do

Organic Content & Posting

• Post TikTok content daily
• Write catchy captions using hooks or brand guidelines
• Add hashtags, sounds, links, and CTAs like a pro
• Keep content fresh, optimized, and trend-savvy
   

AI Video Editing & Repurposing

• Turn UGC or long-form content into snappy, scroll-stopping videos
• Add captions, hooks, and cuts that feel native and fast-paced
• Edit and repurpose content using AI tools (CapCut, Opus Clip, Descript, Runway)

Community Management

• Be the friendly face (or voice) of FetchPure in TikTok comments & DMs
• Pin high-value comments and spark conversations
• Flag serious buyer questions for follow-up
• Keep the community positive, engaged, and trusting

Paid TikTok Support

• Boost organic posts with Spark Ads
• Track spend, engagement, CPM, CTR, and basic ROAS
• Identify posts to amplify and spot performance dips
• Assist with creative testing and iteration

Affiliate & Creator Management

• Manage affiliates and creators via Euka
• Handle outreach, onboarding, content tracking, and schedules
• Track creator performance and help scale the best ones

Account Ops & Reporting

• Monitor TikTok account health and policy notifications
• Organize content and creator assets in Google Drive
• Share quick, easy-to-read reports on views, engagement, and top content

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven TikTok account management experience (DTC/e-commerce)
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads, Spark Ads, and creator/affiliate management
• Experience with AI video editing tools
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, hooks, and native content
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
• Strong written English skills

Bonus Points If You Have

• TikTok Shop experience
• Experience with pet, health, or wellness brands
• Startup or early-stage brand experience
