Role Overview
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Web Operations & Optimization Virtual Assistant to manage, update, and optimize our internal web assets. This role supports multiple internal platforms and tools and is exclusive to our company, not client projects.
You’ll work closely with our internal team to improve performance, maintain content, and build landing pages as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management & Optimization
• Edit and update existing website pages (content, layout, visuals)
• Optimize site structure, UX, and page performance
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and basic SEO best practices
• Maintain site consistency across internal brands and platforms
Landing Pages
• Build and edit landing pages for internal campaigns, tools, or initiatives
• Collaborate with team members on layout and content needs
• Implement revisions based on internal feedback
CMS & Technical Tasks
• Work within CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
• Upload and manage content, images, and plugins/tools
• Troubleshoot minor website issues and coordinate fixes
Ongoing Maintenance
• Keep websites up to date, organized, and optimized
• Identify areas for improvement or performance enhancements
• Ensure branding and messaging consistency across platforms
Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience managing and editing websites
• Strong knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
• Experience creating and optimizing landing pages
• Basic understanding of:
• SEO fundamentals
• Website performance optimization
• UX/UI best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple internal sites
• Strong attention to detail
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with SaaS, AI, or tech-focused websites
• Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar)
• Copy editing or content optimization experience
• Familiarity with website analytics tools
